How can I get access to the event?

Due to the recent Covid Policy by the State of California and by the City and County of San Francisco, we will only admit ticket holders who are fully vaccinated to droidcon SF 2022, proof is mandatory.

Distance, hygiene, and mask requirements will remain in place at droidcon SF, following the CDPH Guidance for Face Covering. Terms are subject to change.

Can I get an invoice/receipt for my order?
Yes, please email us and we’ll send it to you.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Yes, up to 30 days before the event. 

My promo code didn’t work, what do I do?

Please email us your order number and promo code that you used and we’ll look into that.

Can I buy a student ticket if I’m enrolled in an online course like Android Basics by Google Nanodegree Program from Udacity? If so, what proof do I need to show as proof that I am a current student?

Please show us some kind of confirmation email from Udacity etc. that confirms you’re enrolled in Android related course.

Can you send me a visa invitation letter?

Yes, we can issue a visa invitation letter after you bought a ticket. Please fill this typform with your personal information.

What is CFP?

CFP is short for Call for Papers. Call for Papers is when we ask people to submit their talk proposals and then choose the best ones to go into the conference program.

Can I submit a talk for droidcon SF?

CFP opens up on January 11, 2022​

Who’s going to choose talks for droidcon SF?

The Program Committee consists of members of the Android community. A list of the Program Committee will later be published on droidcon.sf.website.

When will I know if my talk was selected?

Please allow about 2 weeks for the Program Committee to vote and choose talks. Selected speakers will get an acceptance email from organizers by the end of April.

When can I see the program?

The first talks will be on the conference website in early May.
